The Inner West Street Association brings you the popular Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival to downtown Annapolis for the holidays. Held on the first Sunday of December from 11pm to 4pm on the first block of West Street we have the Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival, featuring family-friendly entertainment, chocolate, holiday shopping, and the festive West Street Holiday Light Canopy.
Start off the December holiday season with some fun and indulge your sweet tooth at the annual Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival.
Take a chocolate tour along West Street with chocolate vendors selling various chocolate specialties, including chocolate truffles, caramels, bars, fudge, cookies, cakes, martinis, French macaroons, cupcakes, pies, brownies, and more.
You can also complete your holiday shopping at our holiday market at the Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival featuring local artisans with a wide range of handmade items including jewelry, pottery, candles, wood turnings, ornaments, clothing and more.
The live music and entertainment start off at 11 am and ends at 4 pm as the West Street Holiday Light Canopy lights up. Make sure you have your camera ready for this magical moment.
Admission is just $5 when you purchase your tickets in advance online. This event is not pet-friendly as chocolate is not safe for pets. This event is expected to sell out, get your tickets online today. If the event does not sell out in advance a very limited number of tickets will be sold at the event for $5 (cash only). Priority entry will be given to advance ticket holders. Sample Taste Tickets will be on sale as well. Purchase those tickets to taste various vendors samples as you stroll down West Street.
Plenty of easy parking is nearby on Calvert Street at Whitmore Parking Garage, Gotts Court Parking Garage, 60 West Street and the State Parking Garage. Additional parking on West Street at the Knighton, Amos Garrett, and Park Place Parking Garages. West Street parking garages offer a free circulator shuttle to and from the festival that runs every 20 minutes from every parking garage mentioned. First Sunday Arts Festival Executed on the First Sunday of every month from May - November. IWSA initiated the First Sunday Arts Festival in 2001. Since then the festival now features up to 130 artists (vendors) per month and attracts visits from all over the State and beyond. This festival provides economic growth to businesses within West Street and Annapolis Arts and Entertainment District, together with promoting artists and artisans within the City, County, and State.

The Chocolate Binge Festival supports and promotes vendors locally, nationally, and internationally. This event also supports businesses on West St and the Arts and Entertainment District. Due to the success of the Chocolate Binge Festival, this event attracts visitors from across the region.
